My name is Dr. Juan Alzate.
I am pleased to offer a full range of Oral Surgery services.
I began my career as an Oral Surgeon in 1996 in the beautiful city of Manizales, Colombia. I relocated to Huntington Beach, California in 2002 when I obtained my Dental License and practiced for 10 years. In October of 2012, I moved to Fresno, California where I plan to call home until I retire.
