Dr. Juan Alzate began his career in Oral Surgery in 1996 in the beautiful city of Manizales, Colombia. He then relocated to Huntington Beach, California in 2002 where he obtained his dental license. In October of 2012, he moved to Fresno, California where he plans to call home until he retires.

Dr. Juan Alzate is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Fresno-Madera Dental Society, and the Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
